ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Megan, a Professional Middle Distance Triathlete and the founder of MM Triathlon. I set up MM Triathlon to help individuals of all ages and abilities reach their triathlon goals, whether that’s completing their first triathlon, improving their performance or competing at the highest level.
My triathlon journey started in 2006 when, at just eight years old, I took part in a school-organised triathlon. Fast-forward to today, and I’m now racing professionally on the international stage against some of the best athletes in the world.
I specialise in Middle Distance racing and have competed across IRONMAN 70.3, T100, Challenge and Off-Road events. In 2025, I made my debut on the T100 Triathlon World Tour, racing alongside the world's leading middle-distance triathletes. I finished 10th at T100 Dubai before finishing 19th at the T100 World Championship Final in Qatar.
I also competed at the 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, racing against the world's best professional athletes.
From a young age, I progressed through the British triathlon performance pathway, developing as an athlete alongside competing at national and international level. This gave me valuable experience of structured training, racing, coaching and what it takes to progress through the sport from a young age.
My journey in triathlon hasn’t always been easy. I’ve overcome injuries, setbacks and plenty of obstacles throughout my career, and those experiences have shaped the way I approach both my own training and coaching others.
For me, coaching is about more than simply chasing results. Triathlon is a complex sport that requires you to balance three disciplines, training, recovery, nutrition and everything else that comes with being an athlete. I want to help athletes understand that process, enjoy the sport and ultimately become the best version of themselves.
Alongside being a qualified coach, my years of racing at a professional level have given me experience in training and racing, injury prevention and recovery, bike mechanics, social media and content creation, and building successful partnerships within the sports industry.
I now bring that experience from racing at the highest level of the sport into MM Triathlon, helping athletes of all ages and abilities work towards their own goals – whether that is completing their first triathlon, achieving a new personal best or competing at an elite level.
